Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The clashes are still taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against fighters of the rebel and Islamic Factions and fighters of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in Manshiya neighborhood at Daraa city, within the battle of “al-Mawt Wala al-Mathallah”, which was launched on Sunday the 12th of February 2017, and the Syrian Observatory for human rights was aware that the fighters of the factions were able to achieve advancement and control of al-Najjar Block between the roundabout of al-Kaziyyeh and west of Manshiya Mosque in Manshiya neighborhood in the city of Daraa, despite the intensive air and missile strikes by warplanes and helicopters, where they carried out more than 20 airstrike, in conjunction with launching tens of shells and about 15 missile believed to be ground-to-ground launched by the regime forces on areas in the city, while it rose to 20 at least, the number of the fighters of the factions who were killed in the shelling and clashes, including a media activists and 2 members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham who blew themselves up yesterday in booby trapped vehicles, also it rose to more than 13, the number of members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who were killed in these clashes since yesterday.
