The regime forces shell al-Wa’er neighborhood and clashes in the east of Homs and explosion in Idlib city

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The regime forces renewed the shelling on areas in the neighborhood of al-Wa’er in the city of Homs which damaged property, no information about casualties, also the warplanes carried out today several raids on areas in the same neighborhood, causing the death of a child and an old woman, and that after their escalation of bombing at al-Wa’er, for the 11th day in a row, rising to at least 27, including  8 children and 3 women, the number of persons who were killed in the neighborhood during 11 days of escalation, they are: a woman and a child were killed today in bombing by regime’s warplanes on al-Wa’er neighborhood, and 6 men and young men and a child were killed in shelling by the regime forces, and 18 including 6 children and 2 women were killed in raids carried out by warplanes on areas in the besieged neighborhood of al-Wa’er, also the bombing caused destruction in the property of citizens, in addition to injuring tens of citizens.

In the same context, members of the “Islamic State” organization targeted positions and locations of the regime forces near the Eastern al-Bayda area in the eastern countryside of Homs, in conjunction with continued clashes between both parties, amid exchange of targeting and shelling between both of them, accompanied by airstrikes that targeted areas controlled by the organization and its positions, no information about casualties, while the rebel and Islamic factions launched several shells on areas in the village of Ein al-Dananir in the northern countryside of Homs, no information about casualties.

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
A loud explosion was heard near the area of al-Anisah road in the east of Idlib city, no information so far about the nature of the explosion, or the casualties caused by it.
