The “Islamic State” organization withdraws from Palmyra city after planting mines and booby-trapping many points

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that Russian warplanes and helicopter continue their intensified bombardment on several points in Palmyra city and its surroundings in the eastern countryside of Homs, in conjunction with the withdraw of the majority of members of the “Islamic State” organization from the city, and the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities have not been able until the moment to enter the inside of the city because the organization booby-trapped and planted mines in many points inside it.
