Renewed violent clashes in Palmyra desert and the regime forces shell Talbiseh town

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The violent clashes renewed between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in Ark field area and the area around al-Hri hills in the eastern countryside of Homs, accompanied by an intense bombardment by warplanes on the clash areas, amid information that the regime forces brought military reinforcements to the area, in an attempt to advance and control over the hills that surround Sokhna city and the nearby oilfields, while areas in Talbiseh city in the northern countryside of Homs were shelled by the regime forces, accompanied by sporadic clashes between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic Factions in the western outskirts of Talbiseh city.
