Massacre of al-Jinah village which killed 49 persons raises the number of killed civilians since the start of strikes by international coalition in Syria to about 1000

The number of casualties continues to rise as a result of the massacre which was carried out on Thursday night the 16th of March 2017 in the western countryside of Aleppo, and in the details that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented, the number of persons who were killed raised to 49, due to a massacre carried out by US warplanes when they targeted a call-for-Islam center of the Tablighi Jamaat group in al-Jinah village in the western countryside of Aleppo, and reliable civil sources confirmed to the Syrian observatory for human rights that the center was targeted with missile strikes which destroyed parts of it during one of the lessons attended by tens of people, the majority of the killed people are of Syrian nationality, also the sources confirmed to the observatory that the meeting was only a call-for-Islam lesson, and there was no military lesson or preparation for a military plans in the targeted center.

And the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation and there are still missing persons, while others suffered severe injuries and disabilities in addition to some cases of amputations, also many bodies of casualties turned into pieces.

And with this massacre; it rises to 992, including 226 children under the age of eighteen and 147 citizen women over the age of eighteen, the number of civilian persons who were killed in airstrikes carried out by the warplanes of the International Coalition in the provinces of Aleppo, Al-Raqqah, Deir Ezzor, Al-Hasakah and Idlib, including 49 were killed in a massacre in al-Jinah village in the western countryside of Aleppo, and more than 64 including 12 children killed were killed in bombing by Coalition’s warplanes on al-Tokhar area in the northern countryside of Manbij, and 64 citizens were killed in a massacre committed by the Arab – international coalition’s warplanes in night of Thursday – Friday, (30th April / 1st May) 2015 in Bir Mahhalli village near Sarrin town in the south of Ayn al-Arab (Kobani) in Aleppo province.
The casualties were distributed as follows:
31 children under the age of eighteen (16 females and 15 males), 19 citizen women over the age of eighteen years, 13 men over the age of eighteen, and an eighteen years old boy.

Photos by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights show the destruction caused by the bombing by US warplanes, which targeted a call-for-Islam center of the Tablighi Jamaat group, which killed 49 persons at least and wounded tens of others.
