The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the violent clashes broke out again between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against fighters of the Islamic factions of Rahman Corps, the Islamic movement of Ahrar al-Sham and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, after a violent attack launched by the regime forces on the areas which the factions advanced to today in their offensive on the 19th of March 2017, on al-Abbasiyyin Garage area and the industrial area which separates the factions’ controlled areas in Jobar neighborhood form regime forces’ controlled areas in Qaboun neighborhood at the eastern outskirts of the capital Damascus, the clashes were accompanied by heavy shelling by the regime forces on the clash areas, amid raids by warplanes on areas in Jobar neighborhood, rising to more than 37, the number of raids carried out since morning on Jobar neighborhood,.
