American forces join SDF in an operation to isolate Raqqa city

Raqqa province: SOHR was informed that American special forces are joining SDF in the battle against IS after dropping operations 5km from al-Tabaqa area into al-Karin, reliable sources confirmed that the operation targets to cut the road of Raqqa-Aleppo and Tabaqa-RAqqa in order to isolate IS in Raqqa city, and also, to prevent regime forces from advancing towards Raqqa city in case it advanced in Maskana area. a 12 years old child was killed by IS guns during attempt to escape the Raqqa city with her family, activists reported. SOHR was informed that IS executed a man in al-Tabaqa city few days ago, no reports of losses.
