Syria Democratic Forces advance and control new villages in the eastern countryside of Al-Raqqah

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
Clashes continue in areas in the eastern countryside of al-Raqqah city between the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the International Coalition’s warplanes against the “Islamic State” organization, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by several reliable sources that the Syria Democratic Forces were able to achieve advancement in the area and control 2 villages used to be controlled by the organization, and information about casualties caused by the clashes and the exchange of shelling, while warplanes carried out more airstrikes on places in al-Tabaqa area, they targeted corridors and crossings on the Euphrates River and also targeted bridges in the area, leading to material damage and destruction in parts of some of them but no information about casualties, with the organization detonated a booby trapped vehicle in the eastern countryside of al-Raqqah, no information about casualties yet.
