Leaflets call members of the “Islamic State organization in al-Tabaqa to “surrender” and the clashes renewed east of the city

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syria Democratic Forces shelled places in the Safsafa farm area, in conjunction with the renewal of clashes in the vicinity of the area between the Syria Democratic Forces against the “Islamic State” organization and information about casualties, amid displacements situation in the village due to the clashes, while Coalition’s warplanes dropped leaflets over al-Tabaqa city which is controlled by the organization the read:
“drop your weapons and handed over yourselves to the Syria Democratic Forces immediately! We give you our word: any fighter from Daesh chooses to stop following their leaders to the road of destruction will be treated well. The Syria Democratic Forces do not believe in killing the Muslim brothers”.
