With an Air and missile cover… the regime forces regain control of more than 90% of the areas lost in favor of factions within 15 days

Hama Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The rebel and Islamic Factions launched rockets on areas in the town of Muhradah in the northwestern countryside of Hama which is inhabited by Christian citizens, no information about injuries, while air and missile strikes continue on areas under the control of the factions in the northern countryside of Hama.

In a related context, violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, Uzbek and Turkestan fighters and the rebel and Islamic Factions in areas at the northern countryside of Hama, in an attempt by the regime forces to regain control of the entire villages, towns and areas they lost in the factions’ attack which was carried out on the northern countryside of Hama on the 21st of March 2017, where the Syrian Observatory learned that the regime forces were able to achieve a new advancement and control the entire town of Maardis, Alexandria village and Tal Abadi in the northern countryside, with an intensive air, firearm and ground cover with tens of missiles, rockets and strikes, amid withdrawals by the factions as a result of the intense bombardment and shelling, and the regime forces continue the violent shelling on Soran in order to restore it.
