The regime forces and their allied forces respond to the American strikes by taking off two 2 warplanes from Shayrat airbase, death toll of these strikes rises to 8

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by local sources near Shayrat airbase that 2 Sukhoi warplanes were seen take-off from Shayrat airbase, where the 2 warplanes headed towards the eastern countryside of Homs and carried out strikes on areas controlled by the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern countryside of Homs, where the take-off of these warplanes is considered within the frame of working to respond to the US missile strikes that destroyed the airbase almost completely, where intersecting sources confirmed to the Syrian observatory that the regime and its allied forces have worked to re-repair the runway quickly, in order for these warplanes to take-off of it, which came as a moral response to targeting the airbase with the American missiles.

In the same context, it rose to 8 including 5 officers, the number of members of the regime forces who were killed in the US missile strikes that targeted the airbase dawn of Friday the 7th of April 2017, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation.
