The regime forces enter Madaya city after about 23 months of siege following the displacing who refuse its “reconciliation” within the largest agreement of demographic change in Syria

 

Cross sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who besiege Madaya city have entered into its neighborhoods, where they roamed accompanied by “pro-regime rally” within the neighborhoods of the city. The regime’s entering into the city ​​comes after the exit of about 2200 a person including about 400 fighter from Madaya towards Idlib Province in the Syria north on board of 60 buses with ambulances carrying sick and injured people, while thousands of others who wanted the “reconciliation and settlement of situation” with the regime have remained, so did the neutrals, it also comes after a full and complete siege since the beginning of July 2015

Reliable sources also confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that a convoy of displaced from Madaya city have reached about 40 kilometers south of Homs city, after about 9 hours of its departure from the city located in the northwest of Rif Dimashq.
