The regime forces enter Madaya city after about 23 months of siege following the displacing who refuse its “reconciliation” within the largest agreement of demographic change in Syria

Cross sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who besiege Madaya city have entered into its neighborhoods, where they roamed accompanied by “pro-regime rally” within the neighborhoods of the city. Reliable sources also confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that a convoy of displaced from Madaya city have reached about 40 kilometers south of Homs city, after about 9 hours of its departure from the city located in the northwest of Rif Dimashq.
