The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources that Madaya city’s displaced convoy arrived after 7 hours of its departure from the city to al-Dimas area at the outskirts of the capital Damascus, where the convoy of 60 buses with ambulances is carrying on board about 2200 person at least, including about 400 fighters, and at the same time the buses of al-Fu’ah and Kafriya arrived to al-Rashedin area at the outskirts of Aleppo city, the convoy of al-Fu’ah and Kafriya included 5000 person, including at least 1300 of the gunmen loyal to the regime, they have arrived on board of 75 buses and 20 ambulances, while it is scheduled during the coming hours for the remaining people to exit in a second batch according to the first phase of the four cities’ agreement, it is also expected in the coming weeks for a new step of demographic change to be carried out, by completing the operations of getting out the rest of people from the areas covered by the agreement .
