The Qatari-supported demographic change agreement is on its way to its conclusion, with the last remaining buses wait to head for their destinations

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by intersecting sources that it is expected within the next hour for the first phase of the demographic change process to be completed, after completing the 2nd part of the agreement, which remained suspended since the day before yesterday until Friday morning the 21st of April. Intersecting sources confirmed to the observatory that 9 buses at least from the convoy of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya have not yet entered Aleppo city, while 3 buses from Zabadani convoy have not yet been moved into al-Rashedin area in the western outskirts of Aleppo, in preparation for Zabadani convoy to head towards its destination in Idlib, while the convoy of Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya will be entered into Aleppo city and then they will be moved to shelters and places dedicated for them.
