Despite releasing the Qatari abductees and the end of the 1st phase of the demographic change agreement … mystery surrounds the case of releasing 750 Syrian detainees

Mystery is still surrounds the case of releasing 750 Syrian detainees in the prisons of the regime forces, they were expected to be released of regime’s prisons and detention centers as a condition for completing the agreement, it was also supposed that not releasing those detainees was the main reason that obstructed carrying out the agreement since the day before yesterday.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources that there is an obscurity and blackout surround the evolutions of the case of releasing the detainees as it was conditioned for completing the demographic change agreement, and there is no information until this moment about releasing them despite finishing carrying out the 2nd part of the 1st phase of the demographic change agreement.

Reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that delaying the 2nd part of the 1st phase of the demographic change agreement was caused by not releasing the Qatari abductees who include members of the royal family of Qatar, and the sources suggested that the process was put in motion dawn of today and the buses were moved towards Idlib province and inside of Aleppo city; after putting in motion the case of Qatari abductees, who were abducted by the Iraqi Hezbollah in the Iraqi territories and were handed over to their country, and the sources confirmed that the case of the Qatari abductees was the reason behind the delay in continuing carrying out the agreement, and not the case of releasing the 750 Syrian detainees of regime’s prisons and detention centers, which is still  surrounded by mystery until this moment, as promoted by opposition parties.
