Shelling targets east of Damascus and the north countryside of Homs with clashes in the Palmyra desert

The regime forces shelled intensively this morning areas in Qaboun neighborhood at the outskirts of the capital, no information about casualties until the moment.

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The regime forces bombed after midnight yesterday places in Hula area in the northern countryside of Homs, no information about casualties, also clashes are taking place since after midnight of yesterday between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the “Islamic State” organization in al-Sekkary area and al-Abtar Mountain south of Palmyra city in the eastern country of Homs, after an attack by the organization on the area and information about casualties in the ranks of both parties, also violent clashes took place between both parties in the vicinity of the silos in Sabkhat al-Moh in the eastern countryside of Homs.
