Gunfire targets thousands of demonstrators who got out to stop the bloody fighting between the major factions of the Eastern Ghouta

 

 

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by reliable sources that a demonstration took place in Saqba and Hamuriya in the Eastern Ghouta, it included about 5 thousands citizens of the Eastern Ghouta and the demonstrators denounced the bloody fighting between the major factions of the Eastern Ghouta.

Local sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the demonstration headed towards the clash lines in Hazza town, and when it was about to reach the clash lines it had was targeted directly by gunfire, which injured 5 of the demonstrators, and the demonstrators  accused members of Jaish al-Islam of shooting them, while the areas near the clash lines have been witnessing since yesterday an absence of movements of citizens, because of gunfire and exchange of targeting between both parties, which caused casualties yesterday.
