The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that 4 buses of all the total number of buses that entered Barzeh neighborhood in the eastern outskirts of the capital have departed to the outside of the neighborhood, carrying tens of people, while the fighters and civilians who are scheduled to leave in this batch continue to board the buses in the western part of the city, in order to carry out the 1st displacement operation in factions’ controlled areas in the capital Damascus.

Crossed sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that one of the terms of the agreement provides that the regime forces or the police and intelligence services will not enter the neighborhood for a period of six months, during of which those who remain in the neighborhood can choose to carry out a “reconciliation with the regime and settle his situation” or to leave the neighborhood towards a destination of his choice.
