About 25 persons were killed and wounded in airstrikes on al-Bokamal city at the border with Iraq

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The clashes renewed between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against members of the “Islamic State” organization in areas in the vicinity of Deir Ezzor airbase and the area around the Brigade 137 and the village of Jufrah, in conjunction with clashes between both parties in areas in al-Senaúh neighborhood in Deir Ezzor city, and the Syrian Observatory for human rights learned that the “Islamic State” organization started an attack on sites and positions of the regime forces in the area, and the clashes were accompanied by exchange of targeting between both parties, also reliable sources informed the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that warplanes believed to belong to the International Coalition carried out airstrikes and targeted a headquarters of the “Islamic State” organization in al-Bokamal city at the border with Iraq, where the bombing killed at least 3 members of the organization and injured about 20 other people mostly civilians, and the bombing was followed by targeting the area with machineguns, and local sources confirmed that the bombing coincided with preparations in Fayhaa Square in the city for carrying out a death sentence.
