The fourth day of the ceasefire witnesses continued violations in several areas of the “de-escalation zones”
The ceasefire has completed its 4th day within the “de-escalation zones” which extend from the north of Syria to the south of Syria, and include Idlib province, the northern countryside of both Hama and Homs, the Eastern Ghouta and the Syrian south, since the midnight of Friday-Saturday the 6th of May 2017, and Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the breaches in these areas.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more violations, where the regime forces shelled places in Hula area in the northern countryside of Homs using several shells and heavy machineguns, the regime forces also targeted with several shells areas in the Western Farhaniyah village in the same countryside, which caused material damage, the regime forces also launched 3 missiles believed to be ground-to-ground on places in Qaboun neighborhood and its outskirts at the eastern outskirts of the capital Damascus which caused material damage, also sporadic clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions in Qaboun neighborhood area at the eastern outskirts of the capital, while several shells fell on Teshreen Military Hospital and its vicinity and the outskirts of Qaboun neighborhood in the vicinity of the capital, also five shells launched by the regime forces and fell on areas in the neighborhood.
In the same context, the warplanes carried out raids and targeted areas in Qnitrat and al-Tlul al-Homr in the southern countryside of Hama, the regime forces also launched several missiles on areas in Kafr Zita town in the northern countryside of Hama, followed by airstrikes with missiles and heavy machineguns by warplanes on areas in Lataminah town, while areas in Kafr Zita village in the northern countryside of Hama were shelled by 4 shells, also the warplanes carried out 4 airstrikes on areas in Lataminah town, while the factions targeted with several shells areas in Asila village which is controlled by the regime forces in the western countryside of Hama, which killed a child and injured several people, also helicopter dropped barrel bombs on areas in the vicinity of al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, while the warplanes carried out several raids on areas in the agricultural land of the villages of al-Lataminah and Zakat in the northern countryside of Hama, the regime forces also launched more than 30 shells on areas in the towns of Lataminah and Kafr Zita in the northern countryside of Hama, the regime forces also opened heavy machineguns on areas in Naemeh town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, amid shelling by the regime forces on areas in Alma town in the countryside of Daraa which caused material damage, also the regime forces shelled areas in al-Kabina the northern countryside of Latakia, while explosions were heard in Aleppo city caused by the fall of shells on areas in the Hamdania neighborhood, which caused material damage.
Also fighters of Usoud al-Sharqiyyah also shelled positions of the regimes of forces in Sana power station in Al-Qalamoun in Rif Dimashq, while the clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the fighters of Usoud al-Sharqiyyah and Shuhada’a al-Qaryatayn Brigade in the vicinity of al-Sabea Biyar area and around Zaza area in the southeastern countryside of Homs, after an attack by the last mentioned on the area which is controlled by the regime forces and near the administrative border with the Eastern Qalamoun, also several persons were injured in the fall of shells on areas in Arbin city in the Eastern Ghouta, while the regime forces shelled the cities of Douma and Zamalek which injured a child and a woman, also sporadic clashes are taking place in Beit Nayem area in the Eastern Ghouta between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against Jaysh al-Islam.
Also clashes took place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions in the Eastern Samadaniyya area, accompanied by an exchange of shelling and targeting, while a citizen was wounded when the Islamic factions opened the fire of their snipers on areas in Fu’aa town in the northeastern countryside of Idlib which is inhabited by Shiite citizens, while the warplanes carried out several raids on areas in the villages of Rajm al-Dawleh and Tal Ishiheb in the eastern countryside of al-Suwaidaa, while the fighters of Usoud al-Sharqiyyah targeted Khalkhala airbase area in the northern countryside of al-Suwaidaa.
The shelling in the 4th day of the truce killed a child in the “de-escalation zones”, where the child was killed in the fall of bullets on Asila village which is controlled by the regime forces in the western countryside of Hama.
