After 25 days of entering al-Tabaqa city… “Euphrates Wrath” operation forces control the strategic Dam of Euphrates and start inspecting it with the rest of the city

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by several reliable sources that the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the US Special Forces and warplanes of the International Coalition started inspecting the 1st neighborhood and parts of the 2nd neighborhood and the strategic Dam of Euphrates, in conjunction with the cautious calm that prevails the city, where inspecting operations are being carried out to make sure that the city is clear of members of the “Islamic State” organization, and it is not know yet whether the process of the full-control of the dam and the remaining parts of the city and start of inspecting it have come after clashes and military operations, or if it came as a result of an undisclosed agreement between the Syria Democratic Forces and organization via notables and dignitaries from the area; that required the withdrawal of the remaining members of the organization as the Syrian members who preceded them did.
