Regime forces advance in Qaboun neighborhood and negotiations continue over the fate of the neighborhood

A member of the regime forces was killed during clashes against Islamic factions in ​​Qaboun neighborhood at the eastern outskirts of the capital, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also learned that the regime forces supported by their loyal gunmen were able to advance in Qaboun neighborhood and control a residential block in the vicinity of al-Taqwa Mosque, the regime forces were also able to regain control of the power station at the northeastern outskirts of Qaboun, this advance comes as a new attempt by the regime forces to clamp down on the factions in Qaboun to dictate conditions their conditions during the ongoing negotiations in the neighborhood.
