The ceasefire completes its 6th day with renewed violations in the “de-escalation areas” from north to south of Syria
The ceasefire has completed its 6th day within the “de-escalation areas” which extend from the north of Syria to the south of Syria, and include Idlib province, the northern countryside of both Hama and Homs, the Eastern Ghouta and the Syrian south, since the midnight of Friday-Saturday the 6th of May 2017, and Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the breaches in these areas.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more violations, where clashes took place in Teshreen neighborhood between the rebel and Islamic factions against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where the factions were able to capture an officer of the regime Forces, and confirmed information about human losses due to the clashes, while the regime forces targeted using heavy machineguns areas at the outskirts of Barzeh neighborhood at the eastern outskirts of the capital, also clashes renewed between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the factions in the northeastern outskirts of Qaboun neighborhood, also at least 8 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed and wounded also after being targeted by al-Wosta Division in an area between al-Zallaqiyyat and Ma’an using TOW missile, while the regime forces shelled areas in the towns of Lataminah and Kafr Zita in the northern countryside of Hama, while the warplanes targeted using heavy machineguns Qantara village in the southern countryside of Hama, while the regime forces shelled areas in Lahaya village in the northern countryside of Hama, which caused material damage.
In the same context, the Islamic factions opened the fire of their snipers on areas in al-Mohandesin highway in Jam’eyyat al-Zahra’a neighborhood west of Aleppo, while the Islamic factions launched Grad rockets on positions of the regime forces in al-Wdyhi village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while several rocket shells fell on areas in Jam’eyyat al-Zahra’a neighborhood at the western outskirts of Aleppo city, while the regime forces shelled areas in Daraa al-Balad in the city of Daraa and other areas in the outskirts of Dael town , they also targeted using heavy machineguns areas in Alma town in the countryside of Daraa, also the regime forces shelled areas in Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city, while the regime forces opened the fire of heavy machineguns on areas in Yadodeh town in the western countryside of Daraa, while the regime forces shelled areas in the town of Alma in the middle countryside of Daraa, while shells launched by the regime forces and fell on places in Bdama town in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur.
