At least 16 civilians killed in al-Raqqa city by International Coalition airstrikes during the past 24 hours

Al-Raqqa Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: The explosions are still rocking al-Raqqa city due to the renewed and successive shelling of the International Coalition’s warplanes and shelling of the “Euphrates Wrath” Operation Forces on areas in the city, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented 16 civilians including 4 children and women were killed in bombardment by the Coalition on areas in the center of al-Raqqa city, which is the stronghold of the “Islamic State” organization in Syria, amid continued violent clashes between the Syria Democratic Forces backed by the US special forces and the Syrian Elite Forces against the “Islamic State” organization in areas in the outskirts of Hutteen and al-Bareed neighborhood in the western part of the city, amid continued exchange of fire and sporadic clashes in the eastern part of the city between the Syria Democratic Forces and the Syrian Elite Forces against the “Islamic State” organization.
