The regime forces spare no effort to regain control over the positions they lost to the factions in the latter’s attack on Al-Ba’ath city in Al-Quneitra countryside

Al-Quneitra Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: The clashes continue between the regime forces and their allied militiamen on one hand and the rebel and Islamic factions of the other in areas in the central sector of Al-Quneitra countryside, where the clashes are centered in the vicinity of Al-Ba’ath city and Khan Arnaba town as a result of an attack launched by the factions yesterday, the 24th of June, in which they managed to advance into certain positions, points and buildings, which used to be under the control of the regime forces, at the outskirts and in the vicinity of Al-Ba’ath city. The clashes have been accompanied since dawn today by intensive rocket and artillery shelling by the regime forces on areas of clashes. The regime forces managed to advance again with reported information that they were able to regain control over most of the points they had previously controlled.
