leaflets dropped on areas in Idlib province call to “lay down weapons and return to the homeland”

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Aircraft dropped baskets on Kafriya and Al- Fu’ah inhabited by citizens of the Shiite sect in the north-eastern countryside of Idlib, while Helicopters dropped leaflets on the outskirts of Ariha Town, these leaflets said “The appeal of the homeland to its people. Young people do not injustice yourselves. The future is in front of you. The opportunity is still available to come back to the homeland.
