Rif Dimashq Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: an explosion was heard in the Damascus International Fair in the southern part of Rif Dimashq and it turned out to be caused by the fall of a shell on an area at the entrance of the city where an exhibition has been held for days. The SOHR learned that the shell caused casualties as the death of at least 16 persons was reported but only 5 have been confirmed so far. The death toll is still likely to rise because some of the injured are in a critical condition.
