Mystery surrounds the cause of the continued broke out of fire in the largest gas field in Syria and the Euphrates-crossed forces lose at least 20 members in violent attacks by the organization

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the flames have been raging for more than three hours in the largest gas field in Syria, the Koniko gas field, of which the regime forces are about 5 km away and the Syria Democratic Forces are about 13 km away east of Euphrates river in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, but no information yet about the causes of these fires.

In the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the fierce clashes continue between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities with the participation of Russian forces; against members of the “Islamic State” organization at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, which is opposite to Deir Ezzor city and Deir Ezzor airbase, in an attempt by the regime forces to achieve more advancement in the area and control the entire area opposite to the city and the airbase of the east bank of the Euphrates River, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of at least 20 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them including at least 3 of the Russian Forces, in addition to the injury of others; as a result of the violent counterattacks in the past 24 hours by members of the “Islamic State” organization on sites and advancement of the regime forces, which were accompanied by detonating booby trapped vehicles, while SOHR received confirmed information about the killing of members of the organization.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the regime forces supported by their pro-gunmen of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, have managed to control Marat village located on the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, where this is considered the first village to be controlled by the regime forces in the eastern bank of the river after about 24 hours of crossing  the river by the regime forces, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published 2 days ago that the “Islamic State” organization carried out a suicide attack and targeted the forces of the regime who were advancing in Marat area and crossed the Euphrates River to its eastern banks of the city, which caused casualties and injuries in the ranks of the regime forces, the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the violent clashes are still taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities on one hand, and the members of the “Islamic State” organization on the other, in the outskirts of Hawija Sakr, after the organization fought desperately to retake the control of the area which the regime forces clamped down on it greatly, after they besieged the organization in side Deir Ezzor city.
