The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a sniper of the regime forces shot a citizen dead in the outskirts of Madira town in the Eastern Ghouta, while a fighter was killed by al-Rahman Corps after he was targeted by the regime forces in Erbin area in the Eastern Ghouta.
