Regime forces directly target cars carrying displaced persons from northeastern countryside of Hama, killing and injuring tens of them and the fate of missing persons is unknown

Several reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that tens of displaced persons have been killed and injured after being targeted during their displacement from Wadi al-Azeeb area to areas controlled by the factions in the northern countryside of Hama, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights from several reliable sources and survivors of the targeting: the regime forces opened fire on the displaced people while they were passing the mine field within regime’s controlled areas, which is separating between the displaced people’s areas (controlled by the “Islamic State” organization) and between areas controlled by Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and the factions, in conjunction with their targeting with missiles and artillery shells for vehicles and cars that were carrying citizens, also locals and survivors confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that this time the displacement was carried out by vehicles and cars not just on foot, where the shells and fire of machineguns have caused tens of casualties and wounded, in addition to the material damage in the property of the displaced citizens.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on 24 of September 2017 that a new group consists of hundreds of displaced people from Uqayribat Township and the eastern countryside of Hama, launched from Wadi Al-Azeeb in the north-eastern countryside of Hama, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, more than 1200 persons left the controlled areas of the organization in the eastern countryside of Hama after they reached Wadi Al-Azeeb and the gathering point, and moved to the controlled areas of the factions and Tahrir Al-Sham, and cross-sources confirmed to the SOHR that the factions and Tahrir Al-Sham arrest every members of the “Islamic State” organization recognized among the displaced people fleeing from death, and with this movement of displacement, the number of displaced people from the northern countryside of Hama to the north-eastern countryside of Hama and Idlib countryside since the beginning of September, has increased to about 5800 persons, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the members of the “Islamic State” organization who refuse the agreement of the northern countryside of Hama are working on obstructing applying the agreement, through attacking positions and points of the regime forces and the gunmen loyal to them and targeting the controlled areas of the regime forces by missiles and shells.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights also published 4 days ago that  hundreds of citizens crossed controlled areas of the regime forces to the north-eastern countryside of Hama, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, more than 2500 persons crossed from Wadi Al-Azeeb in the eastern countryside of Hama, to the controlled areas of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the factions in the same countryside, by crossing controlled areas of the regime forces which separate between Wadi Al-and the controlled areas of the factions, and reliable sources confirmed to the SOHR that the displaced people crossed with their cars, cattle and luggage through areas controlled by the regime forces after opening the way for them, in the implementation of an agreement carried out between the regime forces and the “Islamic State” organization, in which the members of ISIS and their families and who wants to get out of the remaining area controlled by ISIS in the besieged circle in the eastern countryside of Hama, can leave, and Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that an agreement had been reached between the “Islamic State” organization and the regime forces in the eastern Hama countryside, where cross-sources confirmed that the agreement provides for the exit of hundreds of members with their families from the remaining villages under the control of the organization in the eastern countryside of Hama, and camps will be built in the eastern countryside of Salamiyah city for those citizens who remained in the eastern countryside of Hama; until the completion of the sweeping the eastern countryside of Hama. The operations of getting ISIS members and their families out of the villages that still under the control of the organization in the eastern countryside of Hama will take place in the coming hours, but the agreement did not show the fate of the villages that still under the control of the “Islamic State” organization in the Triangle of Jeb al-Jarrah – Shomariyyeh –Shaer Mountains, while the sources suggested to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the remaining villages that still under the control of the organization in this triangle may be added to the agreement later. And with the implementation of the agreement the “Islamic State” organization loses its presence in Hama province, after losing its presence in the entire Aleppo Province at the end of June 2017, also several reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them that are concentrated in Al-Sa’en and the line separates between the controlled areas of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the north-eastern countryside of Hama and Wadi Al-Azeeb area opposite it, turned to arrest about 25 persons who was trying to cross the mine field which the organization planted in the vicinity of its positions in Al-Sa’en area, and local sources and other reliable confirmed to the SOHR that the 25 detainees are including 14 citizens at least including 11 persons of one family, including some citizen women in addition to a man and 4 of his children, in which the sources confirmed that the men of this family work in construction, they were all trying to cross to the controlled areas of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham by crossing the mine field, coming from  place where hundreds of families gather in Wadi Al-Azeeb area and Ithriyah desert.
