More casualties raise the death toll to 4 persons after the first bombing on the Eastern Ghouta after stopping lasted for two months.

Rif Dimashq Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the number of people who were killed as a result of the bombing which targeted Douma city which is controlled by Jaysh Al-Islam in the Eastern Ghouta, has increased to 4 persons at least, while the death toll is still likely to rise because of the presence of serious injuries, they are the first casualties to be killed by air strikes since the end of July 2017, in which these raids come after two months of being the warplanes away from the sky of the Eastern Ghouta, and the raids has stopped since the end of July 2017, on the cities and the towns of the Eastern Ghouta, after killing and injuring tens of citizens by raids by the warplanes on Arbin and the cities and the towns of the Eastern Ghouta, which followed an agreement to decrease the escalation which didn’t last because of the consecutive violations to the agreement which carried out between Russia and representatives of the factions in the Eastern Ghouta, in the 22nd of September 2017.
