About 120 of the regime forces, Hezbollah, non-Syrian gunmen and members of the “Islamic State” organization are killed within 24 hours of violent desert battles

The violent clashes continue between the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the “Islamic State” organization, in areas in the desert of Homs and Deir Ezzor, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the Russian warplanes have carried out tens of airstrikes since the dawn of Sunday on the “Islamic State” organization’s controlled areas west of Deir Ezzor and the al-Sukhnah area and the road between them, amid continuous clashes in an attempt by the regime forces re-control the areas they lost in the areas by an attack by the “Islamic State” organization on Thursday afternoon the 28th of September 2017, and the clashes, heavy and intense shelling, exchange of targeting and explosions have caused more casualties in the ranks of both parties.
