Strikes by the International Coalition results in a massacre most of its victims are children in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah

Al-Hasakah Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the air strikes on areas in Al-Me’mari in the west of Markada town in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, which carried out by warplanes believed to be related to the International Coalition, caused casualties and wounded, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 6 children of two families, three children in each family, while the shelling caused wounded.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 7th of September 2017 that the warplanes of the International Coalition started their strikes on the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, as a start of the bombing by the International Coalition on controlled areas of the “Islamic State” organization in the south of Al-Hasakah province, preparing for a large military operation expected to be carried out in the next few days led by Deir Ezzor Military Council, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 6th of September 2017, that it obtained information from reliable sources that it is expected for a military operation to start during the next few days in the southern countryside of Al-Hasakah, which is connected to Deir Ezzor countryside and to the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, where reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that Deir Ezzor Military Council of the Syria Democratic Forces is preparing to start a large military operation that aims to end the presence of the “Islamic State” organization in the rest of Al-Hasakah province and in the countryside of Deir Ezzor east of the Euphrates River, the sources confirmed to the SOHR that Deir Ezzor Military Council will lead the military operation from two main points; one of them starts from the southern countryside of Al-Shaddadi, and the other one starts from the northwestern countryside of Deir Ezzor towards the eastern bank of the Euphrates River, which is known as “Al-Jazeera line” along the river, while US Special Forces arrived to the area to participate in this military operation which is supported by the International Coalition.
