A new meeting in the northern countryside of Homs and continuous clashes in Hosh al-Dawahra

Homs province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a meeting was held yesterday between representatives of areas in the northern countryside Homs; and representatives of the Russian delegation at the crossing of al-Dar al-Kabira in the northern countryside Homs, and they agreed on the following:

  1. “1. Signing the cease-fire Fire immediately.
  2. Agreeing on opening the humanitarian crossings agreed upon by both parties.
  3. Handing over detainees file to the Russian delegation, and the Russian delegation pledge to work earnestly on this file.”

Rif Dimashq Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the helicopter dropped barrel bombs on areas at Beit Jen farm west of Rif Dimashq, while the factions targeted using shells positions of the regime forces in the Eastern Qalamoun, while the violent clashes continue in areas in the vicinity of Al-Dawahra in the Eastern Ghouta between Jaysh al-Islam against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where Jaysh al-Islamic is trying to regain the points it lost yesterday in the area, and the clashes are accompanied by exchange of shelling and targeting between both parties and information about casualties in the ranks of both of them.
