Russian and regime warplanes continue targeting places in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the violent clashes continue between members of the “Islamic State” organization against the Syria Democratic Forces supported by US Special Forces, in areas in the eastern banks of the Euphrates River in the northwestern countryside of Deir Ezzor, accompanied by bombing by the International Coalition warplanes on the clashes areas and information about more casualties in the ranks of both parties, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a squadron of Russian warplanes and regime’s warplanes continued carrying out intense airstrikes on areas in Sbikhan town and its river crossing, as well as village of Al-Sekkariyyeh, Al-Mayadin city and several other towns and villages in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which caused injuries and information about casualties in Sbikhan river crossing. And in the same context, the violent clashes continue between the “Islamic State” organization against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities in several areas in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after the regime forces reached and area about 6 km away of Al-Mayadin city, where they seek to advance more towards the city which is taken by the organization as a capital of “al-Khair State”, and the clashes are accompanied by continued intense aerial and rocket shelling, also violent clashes are taking place between both parties in areas at Hawijat Sakr and Al-Hwiqa area in Deir Ezzor city, accompanied by exchange of shelling and targeting between both parties.
