The “Islamic State” organization advance in the capital Damascus

Damascus Province, the Syrian Observatory for human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the violent clashes are taking place between the “Islamic State” organization against the rebel and Islamic factions operating in the outskirts of the camp from the side of the south of Rif Dimashq, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the “Islamic State” organization was able to advance in the area at the expense of the factions, and took control of a school and a dispensary in the Yarmouk Camp in the vicinity of Yalda area south of Rif Dimashq, and the clashes were accompanied by exchange of targeting between members of the organization against the factions of Aknaf Bayt al-Maqdes and Sham al-Rasul Brigade, it is noteworthy that Aknaf Bayt al-Maqdes was one of the factions which signed about 8 days ago a ceasefire announcement south of the capital Damascus, which was carried out with a Russian guarantee and an Egyptian supervision.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the clashes are still taking place between both parties, where the organization is trying to achieve more advancement and control more sites, while the factions are trying to attack the organization and re-advance and regain control of the areas and sites they lost in Yarmouk Camp, in the southern section of the capital Damascus.
