After it forced the regime forces to retreat in the T2 area, ISIS re-storms al-Quriyah town and recovers parts of it

As the “Islamic State” organization disparately continues to repel the advancement of the regime forces towards its largest stronghold in Syria, which is the Bokamal city on the border with Iraq, the organization is fighting violently by carrying out violent, sudden and counter attacks targeting the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in different areas, where after it was able to force the regime forces to retreat in the T2 area; the “Islamic State” organization continues carrying out its attacks in another area, which is the western banks of the Euphrates River in the western countryside of Bokamal, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that the “Islamic State” organization was able to re-storm al-Quriyah town after being controlled by the regime forces days ago, where violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian, Arab and Asian nationalities; against members of the “Islamic State” organization, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the organization managed to achieve advancement in the town and regained control of parts of it, while the organization continues its attacks in an attempt to expel the regime forces from the town, and sending them away to take Al-Quriyah Desert and the nearby town of Mahkan east of  Al-Mayadin “the former capital of al-Khair State”, the clashes were accompanied by intense exchange of shelling between parties, leaving confirmed casualties in their ranks.
