The clashes renewed within Daraa city and clashes in the vicinity of Talbiseh north of Homs

Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the clashes renewed at a violent pace between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions in areas in neighborhoods of Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city, amid exchange of targeting in the clashes areas in the city, which has entered since the 9th of July 2017 into a ceasefire and de-escalation agreement in the Syrian south, which took place with an American – Jordanian – Russian agreement, which has been in effect ever since in the provinces of Quneitra, al-Suwaidaa and Daraa, but with almost daily violations by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and also by the factions.

Homs Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: areas in Teir Maalah village in the northern countryside of Homs were shelled by the regime forces, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, while clashes took place between the regime forces and militiaman loyal to them against the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas around Talbiseh city in the countryside itself, where the clashes were accompanied by exchange of targeting on the clashes areas between both parties, and no information about injuries yet.

Idlib province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:  a child died affected by injuries he had from the explosion of an unexploded missile from the remnant of an earlier bombing by the regime forces and warplanes on areas in Idlib province, while cargo planes dropped baskets of aid on areas in Al-Fu’ah and Kafriya towns, which are inhabited by Shiite citizens in the northeastern countryside of Idlib and besieged by the Islamic factions and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham.
