​A massacre in Al-Bokamal countryside raises the death toll to about 920 including about 360 children and women in more than 19 weeks of shelling on Deir Ezzor province

The regime forces and their allies are still continuing their military operation to advance within the last stage of their operation to end the presence of ISIS east of the Euphrates River, where the operations started since Monday the 20th of November and they are still ongoing and accompanied by airstrikes on the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the warplanes shelled areas in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, near the western banks of the Euphrates River, while the SOHR monitored warplanes, whose identity are still unknown, carrying a massacre in the area of Souh Al-Refaei camp in the desert of Al-Bukamal, where a man and his 2 daughters were killed in the shelling of the warplanes on the camp, in which displaced people from Deir Ezzor countryside are living, and the airstrikes left many people injured, and the death toll is expected to be increased due to the presence of injured people in serious conditions.

With this new massacres against civilians, the death toll rises to at least 913, including 360 children and women, the number of those who were documented since the 10th of September 2017, the date of lifting the siege on the controlled areas of Deir Ezzor city, until today the 21st of November 2017, date of last stage of ending the presence of the organization west of the Euphrates River, where the SOHR documented the death of 913 civilian citizens including 199 children below the age of eighteen, and 157 citizen women over the age of eighteen, were killed as a result of the bombing by the Russian warplanes as well as the International Coalition warplanes, and the shelling by the regime forces, they are 609 citizens including 115 children and 111 women, were killed by raids by the regime’s warplanes and helicopters as well as the Russian warplanes on Deir Ezzor city and its eastern and western countryside and areas in the east of the Euphrates River, and 46 citizens including 14 children and 8 women were killed by shelling by the regime forces on areas in Deir Ezzor and its eastern countryside, and 39 citizens including 4 children and 6 women, were killed as a result of executing and shooting them by the regime forces in Deir Ezzor and its vicinity and the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, and 193 citizens including 51 children and 27 women were killed by raids by the International Coalition warplanes on the eastern and the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, and 26 citizens including 15 children and 5 women were killed in missile and artillery shelling, which are fired by the Iraqi Popular Mobilization according to sources.This bombing resulted in great destruction in the infrastructure and the property of the citizens, and caused a large number of wounded, in which the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the injury of about 2500 persons with varying degrees of severity, some of them have amputated limbs and permanent disabilities, while there are a number of missing whose fate is unknown till now, while some injures have been seriously wounded, which may raise the death toll, while the intensive raids resulted in the displacement of 100 thousand citizens from the villages extended from Al-Bomar town to Al-Bokamal and Al-Mayadin cities, including tens of thousands of children and citizen women, who left their houses in their villages, towns and cities, heading to Deir Ezzor desert, avoiding the intensive bombing accompanies by the Russian supported operations of the regime forces in Deir Ezzor, and “Al-Jazeera Storm” operation backed by the International Coalition, which were accompanied by the displacement of about 50 thousand citizens from the villages and the towns of Hatla, Al-Salihiyah, Marrat, Mazlum, Khesham, Tabyat Jazeera, Jadeed Bakkara, Jadeed Ekaydat, Al-Dahlah and Al-Sabha, in the eastern banks of  the Euphrates River to areas far from the shelling and the clashes.
