Locals accuse the Kurdish Intelligence of the Kurdish Forces of detaining a child as a hostage instead of his brother who escaped the conscription

Al-Hasaka Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights was informed by crossed sources that the Military Intelligence of the Kurdish Forces raided Khirbat al-Sawda village west of Tal Tamr town looking for a young man who had fled from a camp on the road of Qameshly –Tal Tamr, after he was taken to serve in the “self-defense duty”, residents confirmed that the patrol arrested his 13-years-old brother, and the residents accused the Military Intelligence of the Kurdish Forces to arresting the child as a hostage and detaining him until his brother hands himself over, it is noteworthy that thousands of young men were recruited in areas controlled by the Kurdish forces, where they were enlisted in the “self-defense duty” which is imposed in “the provinces of Kobani, Afrin and al-Jazeerah” of the democratic self-administration.
