About 20 towns and villages are still under the control of ISIS in the east and west the Euphrates and the SDF and the regime forces are continuing their operation in the province

Deir Ezzor province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: military operation are still ongoing in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor since the first third of September 2017 until the 3rd of December 2017, and the operation are concentrated in two main areas, which are the west Euphrates River, in which daily operation are taking place in the last pocket of ISIS in the are located between west of Al-Bukamal city and east of Al-Jalaa town, which includes 3 villages and towns, in which hit-and-run daily operations and an exchange of targeting between the regime forces backed by the militiamen of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against ISIS members, where the SDF run their operation on the second area east of the Euphrates, where the SOHR monitored violent clashes between the SDF backed by the international coalition against members of ISIS, where the part extending from Abu Hardob area in the eastern banks of the Euphrates to Al-Baghouz area on the Syrian Iraqi borders, is still under the organization of ISIS, which includes 17 towns and villages, all of them are located on the eastern banks of the Euphrates River, where the SDF seek in their operations which take place for the third day on a raw to end the presence of ISIS east of the Euphrates and control these area, and violent clashes are taking place for the third day in the towns of Abu Hamam and Al-Kashkia, which “Al-Jazeera Storm” Operation Forces try to control them after they advanced in the area.

The SOHR monitored on Saturday yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that that the International Coalition’s warplanes targeted areas in the towns of Abu Hamam and Al-Kashkia, killing 3 citizens including two women, and injuring others, while the SDF managed to take the control of Darnaj village, amid clashes between the both parties in the outskirts of Suwaida Jazeera village.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored at dawn of Friday the 1st of December 2017, that the Syria Democratic Forces supported by the International Coalition’s warplanes, started their attack on the areas of Abu Hamam and Al-Kashkiyyeh in Sh’aytat desert which witnessed previously massacres carried out by the organization against hundreds of the citizens, in which violent clashes are taking place between them against the “Islamic State” organization, in both towns, and the SOHR learned that the SDF managed to achieve an advancement in the area, in which they took the control of the areas of Al-Sekkah, Al-Hawy and Al-Owadiyyah, in the areas of Abu Hamam and Al-Kashkiyyeh, while the operations between the both parties that are accompanied by intensive shelling are continuing, in an attempt by the SDF to impose their control on the area, and to minimize ISIS scope of control then end its presence in the east of the Euphrates, and these clashes came at least 5 days after the SOHR monitored that the SDF managed to achieve important advancement in the area, in which they reached the Syrian – Iraqi border starting from al-Kashmeh oilfield, in which they managed through this advancement to encircle the area and besiege the members of the organization in Al-Bokamal – Al-Tank fields – the Syrian – Iraqi border Triangle, and this strategic advancement also enabled them to split the presence of the organization in its controlled area remaining on the eastern bank of the Euphrates River into two pockets and these clashes came after the SDF were able to reach the outskirts of al-Jerzy Al-Gharbi town on the 18th of November 2017, after they managed to achieve important advancement and take the control of the area extended from Al-Busayrah to al-Jerzy Al-Gharbi.
