Russian air strikes kill 21 civilians in east Syria: Observatory
Russian air strikes killed 21 civilians early Wednesday in a village held by Daesh (ISIS) near the Euphrates River in eastern Syria, a activist group said.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said at least nine children were killed in the bombing raids which struck a residential block in the village of Al-Jerzi.
