The offensive of ISIS continues against Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, ISIS members control a new village

Hama Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Clashes continue between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against the “Islamic State” Organization, in areas in the northeastern countryside of Hama, after the continuation of the Organization’s attack of which ISIS started today morning, Friday the 5th of January of 2017, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored members of the organization achieving an advancement and controlling Hawayis Ibn Hadib village, extending its control in the northeastern countryside of Hama, after having controlled the villages of Rasm Al-Hamam, Al-Wabid Al-Qebli, Mwalah Abu Hadib, Abu Ajwa, Anbaz, Mwalih Swarna Abu Haya, Rasm Al-Ahmar, Abu Hilal, Abu Hariq, Abu Al-Kusor, Ma’asran, Al-Athshan, Abyan, Jub Zariq, Al-Shiha, Surouj, Alia, Abu Maru, Abu Al-Khanadeq, Al-Wastiya, Samiriya, Rasm Al-Skaf, Janat Al-Swarna, Twal Al-Dabagheen, Jadida, and Talhan.

These clashes are accompanied by continuous and intense exchange of targeting in the clash areas between both parties, and information about casualties in their ranks as a result of the violent attack that enabled the organization to advance, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored during the last four weeks a continuous efforts by the organization to in an attempt to advance at the expense of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and find a space to be located and control inside Idlib province, and the SOHR also monitored that the organization managed through its attack on the 9th of December 2017, to take the control of the villages of Rasm Al-Hamam, Hawayis Um Al-Jurn and Hawayis Abu Hadib, after the warplanes that bombed Hama countryside, targeted several positions of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the clash fronts with the organization, and ISIS continue its attack towards the village of Al-Kahlidiya in the northeastern countryside of Hama, and Bashkon village located in the administrative borders of Idlib, while Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham regained the control of the villages of Hwais Um al-Jurn and Hwais Abu Hadib.
