After controlling about 25 villages today, the regime forces and their allies control Abu Al-Duhur airbase by firearm

The regime forces continue their operations to achieve the most important advancement in their military operation, and control Abu Al-Duhur Airbase after reaching their fences, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces continuing their operations and targeting the Airbase by missiles, shells, raids and heavy machineguns, and the regime forces were able to impose their firearm-control on the Airbase, which has witnessed tens of raids in the past weeks and months, causing destruction to the airbase’s infrastructure and buildings, while the regime forces are trying to impose their full military and human control on the airport, to begin restore process and put it back in operation. This advancement is taking place in conjunction with operations of advancement by the regime forces from the southern countryside of Aleppo towards their controlled areas in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and thus besieging tens of the villages remaining under the control of the factions and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham in the northeastern countryside of Hama and parts of the eastern countryside of Idlib and in the southern countryside of Aleppo, which are estimated to be hundreds of square kilometers of area.

It worth mentioning that the regime forces have advanced today and expanded their controlled villages and towns to at least 117 in the countryside of Idlib since the start of escalation of military operations of the regime forces on the 25th of December 2017, they also expanded their control to 160 villages and towns in the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and they are: Tel Salmo, Zafr Sagher, Zafar Kabir, Al-Dabshiya, Rasm Abed, Talb, Mera’aya, Al-Hisa, Om Jrin, Bayya’a Saghira, Bayya’a Kabira, Jub Abyad, Al-Bowayder, Aqlat Al-Bowayder, Raefah, Aziza, Rasm Nayas, Ras al-Ayn, Rasm Al-Jahsh, Om Tammakh, Rasm Al-Khshuf, Mbawas, Rasm Al-Burj, Rasm Al-Ahmar, Rasm Al-Ayn, al-Jabriya, Khariba, Rasm Al-War, Harmla.
