5 days after targeting the largest Turkish column entered the Syrian territory…a massive Turkish force arrives in the southern countryside of Aleppo to establish points of it in the outskirts of the controlled areas of the regime forces, the Lebanese Hezbollah and the Iranian Guards

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a column of the Turkish forces, which entered the Syrian territory today morning through the border area of Kafr Lusin with Iskenderun area, and the column headed through the western countryside of Aleppo towards Al-Eis area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, adjacent the controlled areas of the regime forces, the Lebanese Hezbollah and the Revolutionary Iranian Guards in Al-Hadher area, in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and the column included tens of vehicles and carriers carrying tens of armored vehicles, heavy vehicles and engineering machinery as well as tens of soldiers of the Turkish forces.

 

And the entry of this column comes 5 days after detonating a vehicle of Turkish military column stopped in Al-Atareb area in the western countryside of Aleppo, where it was waiting to move towards Al-Eis area in the southern countryside of Aleppo, where the bombing targeted a heavy machines carrier, which caused the destruction of the vehicle and the death of the Turkish bus driver and the injury of another person, and the SOHR published hours earlier, that the Turkish military column which entered Aleppo countryside yesterday Monday the 29th of January 2018, moved from the area where it stopped between Al-Tawameh and Kafr Karmin and near the area of Kafr Halab in the western countryside of Aleppo, heading towards Al-Eis area on the contact line with the held areas of the regime forces backed by armed militiamen loyal to them of Syrian, Arab and Asian nationalities in the southern section of Aleppo countryside, where the Turkish forces intend to establish positions in the southern countryside of Aleppo, like those points and bases they established in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo, the western countryside of Aleppo and the outskirts of Afrin, amid tensions prevailing the area and anticipations to the situation’s development and whether the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them will target the route of the column again, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published last night that the pro-regime gunmen of Arab and Asian nationalities targeted the route of the Turkish column that entered the Syrian territory and headed towards the southern countryside of Aleppo, where this column which entered on the 29th of January 2018 is one of the largest columns, and the sources said that this column was heading towards al-Eis area to hold its control in the area and to establish position points there, and the ground shelling on the rout of the column and on the vicinity of the area of its presence led to the retreat of the Turkish military vehicles and their accompanying forces to al-Qanater area in the western countryside of Aleppo.
