Tahrir Al-Sham, the Turkistan and the factions return to advance into the area between Abu Al-Duhur and Saraqeb and the airstrikes renew targeting the area

Idlib Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: areas in Saraqeb town and its vicinity, are witnessing bombardment by the warplanes in conjunction with bombardment by helicopters by explosive barrels on areas in the city, where strikes targeted the area of the Blood Bank, which caused material damage, and information about damage to the building and being out of service, and the warplanes targeted places in the area between Tell Mannas and Jarjnaz by heavy machineguns, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, while violent clashes are taking place between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the Islamic Party of Turkestan and the rebel and Islamic factions, in areas in the eastern countryside of Idlib, as a result of a counter attack on Tell Sultan village east of Saraqeb, which was recovered by the regime forces few hours after they had lost it, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today Monday the 5th of February 2018, that the factions managed to regain the control of Tell Sultan village while they advanced into Tawil Al-Haleb village amid ongoing clashes to achieve further advancement, and the shelling was preceded by intensive targeting by the factions which hit positions of the regime forces and their controlled areas in the west of Abu Al-Duhur area.

 

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published few hours ago, that areas in the eastern section of Idlib, witnessed that the rebel and Islamic factions returned their counter attack for the second consecutive day, as they are seeking to regain the control of the areas they lost, for the regime forces and their allies of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today Monday the 5th of February 2018, that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the Islamic Party of Turkestan  and the rebel and Islamic factions, started intensive shelling targeting areas in the west and the north of Abu Al-Duhur area, in a preparation to start new attack by the factions on the area, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored during the past 24 hours that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions continue to target positions of the regime forces in the eastern countryside of Idlib, in which they intensively shelled positions of the regime forces in Tell Sultan in the west of Abu Al-Duhur town in the south-eastern countryside of Saraqeb, and information about human losses in the ranks of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them amid violent clashes between the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, the Islamic Party of Turkestan and Islamic factions, in the areas of Ras Al-Ayn, Tell Sultan and Talat Al-Syriatel west of Abu Al-Duhur town, which resulted in the advancement by the latter and controlling positions, followed by bombardment by warplanes and helicopters by missiles and explosive barrels on the areas which Tahrir Al-Sham and the Islamic Party of Turkestan controlled, the Islamic factions also targeted a missile base of the regime forces in Al- Katiba Al-Mahjoura area west of Abu Al-Duhur in the eastern countryside of Idlib, which damaged it and resulted in the fall of human losses in the ranks of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them.
