Airstrikes breaks the quiet of Idlib and kill 3 children including 2 brothers in Ma’arrat

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: Warplanes re-bombarded areas in Idlib Province breaking the calm that prevailed in it, where warplanes carried out 2 rounds of bombardment in the morning and noon of today, they targeted Jabal Al-Zawiyah and al-Raffah village, while the Syrian Observatory monitored raids by warplanes targeting the outskirts Urem al-Joz village and areas in the village of Sheikh Mustafa in the southern countryside of Idlib, in conjunction with raids targeting areas in Ma’arrat Herma town which killed 3 children including 2 brothers, and others were injured, some of them are still in serious condition in addition to other missing people under the ruble caused by the bombardment, which may raise the death toll.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that cautious calm has been prevailing Idlib countryside, for about 24 consecutive hours, intervened this dawn by explosions caused by bombardment by warplanes which targeted Sarja town in Jabal Al-Zawiya, within the southern section of Idlib countryside, then the calm backed again, where this calm comes after strikes by warplanes on the southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, after about 400 members of the “Islamic State” organization with their families as well as tens of wounded accompanied them, surrendered to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the factions operating in Idlib, yesterday morning, and this calm also comes after a wave of violent aerial and land shelling accompanied by violent clashes, in areas in the eastern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, and the SOHR monitored shelling targeting areas in Bdama town in the western countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur, which caused material damage, and resulted in the death of a male nurse and primary information about the injury of others.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that hundreds of members of the “Islamic State” organization with injuries accompanied them, surrendered to the factions operating in Idlib, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; a number of members of the organization reached 400 members at least with their families and tens of wounded accompanied them, surrendered to the factions operating in the countryside of Idlib province, and the sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that this surrender took place in Al-Khwaiyn area which the organization controlled yesterday in the south-eastern countryside of Idlib, where the past 4 days witnessed violent clashes between the organization against Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the rebel and Islamic factions, since the  organization arrived in the area through a corridor granted by the regime forces from the southern countryside of Aleppo and the north-eastern countryside of Hama to the south-eastern countryside of Idlib.
