Battles of the Eastern Ghouta continue on Al-Marj front and a new area near Douma and more martyrs rises to 10 civilians who were documented today

Rif Dimashq province – the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:: the Eastern Ghouta witness ongoing clashes and military operation on several fronts, while the battles expanded to new areas besides Al-Marj area, which has been witnessing since today morning violent clashes, and the pace decreased today afternoon between the regime forces and their allied militiamen against Jaysh Al-Islam, amid an exchange of targeting between both parties, causing damage to vehicles belong to both parties, and there is information about more human loss  in the ranks of both parties, while clashes are taking place between Jشysh Al-Islam fighters on one hand and Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic Movement on the other in aras in the gardens located between Douma city and Harasta, in an attempt by the regime forces to advance in the area, while Ahrar Al-Sham targeted an engineering vehicle causing its damage.

Meanwhile, the number of causalities is still increasing in the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, as a result of artillery and aerial shelling on the Eastern Ghouta of Damascus, where a child was killed in the town of Al-Shifonia in shelling by warplanes on areas in the town, rising to 8, the death toll of martyrs who were killed today on Sunday the 25th of February 2018. The casualties are a child who was killed in aerial shelling on the town of Al-Shifonia, a woman and a two of her children who were killed in artillery shelling on Douma city, and 2 citizens who were killed in shelling of warplanes on the city of Saqba, and a citizen was killed in airstrike on areas in the town of Beit Sawa, and a woman citizen were killed in artillery shelling of the regime forces on the city of Hamuriyah, and the death toll may increase due to the presence of several injured people in serious conditions.  The SOHR documented the death of 2 citizens who were killed in shelling by the warplanes on areas in the city of Douma and the town of Madyra who were killed yesterday and several days ago, where it has increased to at least 521 citizens including 127 children and 75 women, the number of the civilian casualties who have been killed since Sunday evening the 18th of February 2018, and the casualties are: 42 citizens including 8 children under the age of eighteen, and 8 women were killed today by bombardment by warplanes on Harasta, Douma, Zamalka, Beit Sawa and Al-Shifonyyah, 43 citizens including 18 children and 4 women were killed on Friday, 73 citizens including 9 children and 8 citizen women who were killed on Thursday in bombardment by warplanes on areas in Mesraba and Aftries towns and Douma and Arbin cities, 86 citizens including 20 children and 12 women, were killed on Wednesday in bombardment by helicopters by explosive barrels on Kafr Batna town and airstrikes on Jesrin town and raids on Saqba, 133 citizens including 33 children and 17 women were killed on Tuesday, in the shelling on the areas of Nashabiyah, Otaya, Arbin, Zamalka Mesraba, Hamuriya, Saqba and Ash’ari, 127 citizens including 34 children and 23 women were killed on Monday, in the aerial and ground bombardment on Hamuriya, Beit Sawa and Saqba, Douma , Mesraba, Otaya, Nashabiyah, Zamalka, Aftries, KafrBatna, Al-Shifonyyah and Jesrin, 17 citizens including 5 children and 3 women were killed on the evening of Sunday.
