Damascus Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that clashes took place during the past 24 hours between the regime forces backed by armed militiamen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities against the “Islamic State” organization, in areas in the outskirts of Yarmouk Camp in the southern part of the capital, and the clashes were accompanied by targeting in the clash areas between the both parties, amid shelling by the regime forces on areas in Yarmouk Camp, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that it monitored the ongoing alert in the southern fronts in the capital Damascus, where ISIS fortify its positions and rearrange its ranks in an anticipations of military operation alleged to be carried against it after the implementation of Douma agreement. The Syrian Observatory published during the past few hours that as a part of the Russian attempt to complete to displace the fighters of Jaysh Al-Islam with their families and citizens who reject the agreement, and after reaching an agreement which is also waiting for the Russian approval on the conditions, mobilizations are continuing in the vicinity of the southern part of the capital Damascus by the regime forces and their allies, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the arrival of more reinforcements in the area, where the Palestinian Liwa al-Quds has brought tens of its members from Aleppo, to take part in the attack on Yarmouk Camp and ISIS controlled areas in the south of Damascus, while fortifications are being carried out, amid bringing vehicles and equipment and strengthening the positions with the newly recruited members from various Syrian areas, so that the regime forces regain the control of the entire capital Damascus and its vicinity, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights obtained information on Monday from reliable sources, about reaching an agreement in the south of Damascus, where the reliable sources confirmed to the SOHR that an agreement was reached about the part controlled by the factions in the south of the capital Damascus and the tree towns of ” Yalda, Beit Saham and Babbila”, in the southern Rif Dimashq, where the sources confirmed that the agreement provides on the withdrawal of all those who reject the agreement of the factions towards two directions, where the fighters of Ababil Hauran faction, will head towards Daraa in the Syrian South, while the rest of the factions (Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic movement, Jaysh Al-Islam and Sham al-Rasul Brigade) will head to the Syrian North, amid anticipations for the Russian final approval to start implementing the agreement, in order to achieve the Russian goal which is securing the capital Damascus through imposing a circle of the areas where Russia managed to organize “settlements”, all of which ended with imposing displacement on those who reject the agreement.
