The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from a number of reliable sources that negotiations are still underway between representatives of the Syria Democratic Forces, and mediators and dignitaries from the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, to negotiate about the release of more captives and detainees, and to carry out an exchange between the Syria Democratic Forces and the “Islamic State” Organization, after the first release took place during the past 24 hours, after mediations and negotiations about the released persons, of who were captured in the recent clashes between the both parties in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, during which ISIS was clamped down on and it was confined in an enclave remaining at the eastern banks of the Euphrates River.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday night, Wednesday the 18th of April 2018, that an exchange of captives took place between the Syria Democratic Forces and the “Islamic State” Organization for prisoners of both parties, where about 20 SDF prisoners were released by the Organization in exchange for the release of a similar number of ISIS members from SDF prisons, while new negotiations are expected to be carried out in order to releases more prisoners of both parties, of who were captured during the recent clashes in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.
